Terms of Service

Darbcom is a marketplace that connects independent truck drivers with logistics companies. We are not a carrier. Transport contracts are formed directly between the driver and the company.

To use the platform, drivers must hold a valid driving licence and vehicle registration, and companies must hold a valid commercial registration. All accounts pass verification before their first shipment.

Bids are binding once accepted. Payouts are released after the company confirms delivery. Misuse of the platform, false documents or unsafe conduct lead to suspension.

These terms may be updated as the platform grows; significant changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new terms.
